AC Service Bro provides aircond servicing, repair, installation, and maintenance services in Puchong and surrounding areas. Our services include but are not limited to:

Chemical wash and deep cleaning
General servicing and maintenance
Repair and troubleshooting
Gas top-up and refrigerant services
New unit installation

Booking and Appointments

Service appointments are subject to availability
We will confirm your appointment via WhatsApp or phone
Please provide accurate address and contact information
Someone must be present at the service location during the appointment

Pricing and Payment

Prices quoted are estimates and may vary based on actual conditions
We will inform you of any additional costs before proceeding
Payment is due upon completion of service
We accept cash, bank transfer, and e-wallet payments

Cancellation Policy

Please notify us at least 2 hours before your appointment if you need to cancel
Repeated no-shows may result in a booking fee for future appointments
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances

Warranty

Our repair work is covered by a 30-day warranty
Chemical wash services are warranted for 30 days
Installation workmanship is warranted for 1 year
Parts warranty is as per manufacturer terms
Warranty does not cover damage from misuse or external factors

Limitations of Liability

AC Service Bro shall not be liable for:

Pre-existing defects in your aircond unit
Damage caused by power surges or electrical issues
Issues arising from improper use of the unit
Consequential damages such as loss of business or discomfort

Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide safe access to the aircond unit
Disclose any known issues or history of the unit
Ensure electrical supply is available during service
Remove valuable items from the service area

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of AC Service Bro and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our content without prior written permission.

Website Use

When using our website, you agree not to:
