Is the free gas top-up really free? What's the catch?
Yes, it's genuinely free - up to 10kg of refrigerant (R22, R410A, or R32) is included with every chemical wash or major repair. There's no catch. We include it because proper gas levels are essential for good cooling after cleaning. Other contractors charge RM50-150 for this separately.
How long does a chemical wash service take?
A standard chemical wash for one wall unit takes about 45-60 minutes. Ceiling cassette units take slightly longer (60-90 minutes). For multiple units, we typically allocate 45 minutes per unit.
Do I have to pay the RM50 diagnostic fee even if the repair is simple?
No. The RM50 diagnostic fee is completely waived if you proceed with the repair. You only pay the repair cost. We only charge the diagnostic fee if you decide not to proceed with our recommended repair.
Do you service areas outside Puchong?
Yes, we serve the entire Klang Valley. However, our technicians are stationed in Puchong (Bandar Puteri and Puchong Prima), so we can offer fastest response times within Puchong. Areas like Subang, PJ, and KL may have slightly longer wait times.
What does your 30-day warranty cover?
Our 30-day workmanship warranty covers any issues related to the service we performed. If your AC develops the same problem within 30 days, we'll return and fix it at no additional cost. This doesn't cover new unrelated issues or physical damage.
